The grinding angle is pre-set to 29 degrees, which is the exact angle used in the Morso factory. It's crucial to maintain this angle and avoid flat grinding your blades to ensure longevity and precision.
Our Morso blade grinders use a dry grinding process, making it essential to manually move the grinding wheel lengthwise at a consistent speed. This method prevents overheating and maintains the integrity of your blades.
The forward movement of the grinding wheel is semi-automatically adjustable. With each full stroke, the wheel automatically advances closer to the blades, providing consistent and precise grinding.
After grinding your Morso blades, it’s necessary to manually remove burrs and set the edge with the included two stones. These additional stones are included in the price of the Morso blade grinder, ensuring you have everything needed for the perfect sharpening.
